Not everyone who wants access gets access. Not every piece we sourcebecomes public. This is what belonging looks like on the inside — and whyit's kept that way.

The Charter
Every private institution has a set of rules that make it work. Ours are short, unwritten in most places, and non-negotiable in all of them. This is the first time they've been listed publicly.

I
Discretion runs both ways.
What a member shares with the concierge stays with the concierge. What the concierge learns from the network stays inside it. Neither party is ever named, quoted, or referenced outside the transaction.
II
Access is not sold.
There is no membership fee, no tier, no premium subscription.Access is granted by invitation or referral. The economics of the club its on the pieces, not the door.
III
Every piece has a file.
Provenance, authentication, condition report, papers. Every watch that enters the club is documented before it is offered. Members seethe file before they see the price.
IV
Members come first.
When a piece surfaces, it is offered to members before it is offered to anyone. If no member wants it, it may go quietly to the waitlist. If nobody wants it, it never becomes public.
V
The circle stays small.
When the number of active members exceeds what one concierge can hold personally, we stop taking on new ones. This is not scarcity marketing. It is how the service continues to work.
The Membership
Membership is not a subscription. It is a relationship, formalized. On acceptance, each member receives a private serial and a single direct line — no forms, no intake team, no ticket queue.
Assigned on admission. Used to route every inquiry directly to the concierge assigned to your file.
Members see new sourcing before anyone. Most transactions close before the piece is ever visible on this site.
Quarterly viewings in Miami. Occasional guest evenings when a significant piece passes through the club.
Trusted watchmakers, restorers, and papers experts — vetted by the club, available to members at cost.
From the Members
Admission
There are three paths in. All of them go through the same door and end with the same conversation. No path is faster than another.
01
An existing member sends a note. This is how most of the current circle came in. The referral opens the door — the conversation still happens the same way.
02
You send a brief through the site or by email. The concierge responds within 24 hours. If there is a fit, a conversation is scheduled. If not, we say so plainly.
03
Existing members occasionally bring a guest to a quarterly viewing. Admission conversations sometimes begin there. Never expected. Never promised.
Membership
Membership is by invitation or referral. There is no fee. There is no tier. There is a list of people we work with — and we keep it short on purpose. If you'd like to be considered, send us a note.
