The Concierge · Est. Miami

The service behind the discretion.

Private Time Club is not a store. It is a private network —a small group of clients, a smaller group of sources, and a single point of contact who handles both.

Everything is done quietly. Nothing is ever public. This is what the concierge experience is, and what it is not.

Our Philosophy

Buying a watch should feel like a private transaction.

Somewhere along the way, the luxury watch market forgot what luxury means. Waitlists became years long. Retail floors turned into audition rooms.Grail pieces started trading on public marketplaces with the same energy as trading cards. For the kind of client who already has access to almost anything, none of this feels like access at all.

Private Time Club was built for that client. Not for the collector hunting deals on forums, not for the flipper watching auction catalogs, but for the person who knows exactly what they want and simply wants it handled. One conversation. One trusted contact. One watch, delivered.

We are not a retailer. We do not hold inventory in the traditional sense. What we hold is relationships — with authorized dealers, independent watchmakers, private sellers, and a handful of collectors who let us know before a piece changes hands. That network is the product. The watch is the outcome.

When you work with us, you are not shopping. You are being served by someone who is already inside the market you're trying to reach.

The Experience

Six touch points. No friction.

From first conversation to the moment the piece is on your wrist, every interaction is designed to feel intentional and unhurried. This is what working with the concierge looks like.

Step 01

The introduction

A referral or a direct inquiry. A brief conversation, in person or on a call, to understand the collection, the timeline, and the preferences. No pitch. No pressure. Just context.

Step 02

The brief

A specific reference, or a general direction. A grail you've waited on for years, or a piece you didn't know you wanted until the right one appeared. We work from either.

Step 03

The search

The brief goes to our network. Dealers, watchmakers, private sellers. Most searches close in under two weeks. Some take longer. None are rushed at the cost of the piece.

Step 04

The authentication

Every piece is authenticated before it reaches you. Movement checked by our watchmaker, papers verified, provenance documented. You see the file before you commit to the piece.

Step 05

The handover

Delivered in person in Miami, or shipped fully insured with signature release. The transaction stays between the two parties, and the paperwork is handled quietly.

Step 06

The relationship

The concierge doesn't end at the sale. Servicing, resale, or the next piece — the same point of contact stays with you. Most of our clients comeback within a year.

We don't sell watches. We secure them.

The Private Time Club ethos

Principles

Four rules we don't break.

The concierge experience runs on a small number of commitments. Every client, every piece, every transaction —the same standard applies.

Every piece authenticated.

Nothing reaches a client without passing through our watchmaker.Movement, papers, provenance. Full file, always documented.

Every transaction private.

No client name shared. No sale ever announced. What happens between you and the concierge stays there —always has, always will.

Every brief honored.

If we take the search, we finish it. If we can't, we say so before the search begins. No pretend inventory, no time wasted, no bait.

One point of contact.

You will not be routed through a team. One concierge, one line, one person who knows your file. The service scales through discipline, not head count.

The Network

A small circle, by design.

We limit the number of active clients we take on at any time. This is not a marketing position — it is how the network functions. When the circle grows past what one concierge can hold personally, the experience stops being what we built.

Everything you see here — the numbers, the timelines, the placements — is the result of that discipline.
